Sending a small package in Indian cities often feels confusing and stressful. Users are unsure about pricing, vehicle choice, tracking, and whether their package is actually safe once it’s picked up. Even with multiple delivery apps available, the experience lacks clarity and trust.
Solution :
I designed DropIn, a delivery app that focuses on removing guesswork from the process. It offers clear pricing, simple booking, live tracking, transaction history, and an AR scan that helps users choose the right vehicle based on their package size and weight making deliveries feel predictable and easy.
